Why Join AFC Southgate: North London's Premier Youth Football Club

At AFC Southgate, we believe football is more than just winning matches — it's about building character, developing skills and creating community.

Founded in 2011, we began by offering coaching sessions to young children in Broomfield Park, Palmers Green, and today we train over 250 players each week across 16 teams competing in both the North London Youth League and the Watford Friendly League.

Our Values: Consistency • Community • Care

We emphasise the three core values that define everything we do at AFC Southgate. Our qualified coaches create a positive, family-friendly environment where every child can grow as a footballer and as a person.

Whether your child is just starting out with our Diddy Dragons programme or competing at academy level, AFC Southgate has a pathway for every young player.
